A Bit About Stacy
Stacy is the visionary force who brought our flagship Honey Shrub product to life. The idea was sparked in 2022 by a sugar-based shrub shared by a friend. Already a beekeeper for nearly a decade and deeply familiar with the traditional honey and vinegar infusions known as Oxymels, Stacy simply blended her passions to create our signature product.
She is a fierce supporter of hyper-local food systems, establishing strong relationships with neighboring farmers—many of whom are women—to source the fruits and botanicals we don't grow ourselves. While our own apiary is small, she partners with local beekeepers to ensure we can meet demand. You will find Stacy most happy with her hands and feet buried in a garden bed, much like a bee on a stamen, cultivating the bounty that fuels the farm. Her journey in serious gardening began in 2012, and she is amazed by how her dedication to the farm has evolved into crafting high-quality, versatile, and local products for your health and table.
