Sales Final Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our artisan food products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality for all our customers.
Damage Exception (Action Required)
The only exception is for products damaged during shipment. We are happy to replace or issue a credit for any item that arrives broken.
To file a claim for a damaged item, you must:

Report the damage within 48 hours of package delivery.

Text us immediately at (775) 741-4043 with the following three items:

A clear photo of the broken product still inside the original shipping box.

Your Full Name

Your Order Number

Once we confirm the damage via the photo and have your order details, we will process a replacement shipment or a refund/credit immediately.
