Standard Shipping Methods
We utilize the following carriers based on the order size and customer preference:

USPS Ground Advantage: This is our standard shipping method for most orders unless an alternative is specifically requested by the customer during checkout.

FedEx/UPS: We generally use FedEx or UPS for large or heavier orders to ensure safe and efficient delivery. The exact carrier will be determined at the time of fulfillment based on the order specifications.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items, the shipping destination, and the method selected.

Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all retail orders totaling over $150.00 (before tax and after any discounts are applied).

The Free Shipping offer for orders over $150 is not applicable to wholesale accounts or orders. Wholesale shipping costs will be calculated separately based on volume and destination.
Order Processing & Fulfillment

Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

Transit Time: Once shipped, transit times will vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected (USPS Ground, FedEx, etc.). Estimated delivery is typically 3-5 business days.
Shipping Upgrades & Alternative Carriers

Customers may have the option to select expedited shipping services or a specific carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) during the checkout process for an additional fee. These options will be presented at the time of purchase.
International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States.
Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, etc.) to monitor the progress of your delivery.
