Our honey is a true taste of the rugged beauty and vibrant flora of Northern Nevada. While beekeeping began as a beloved hobby on our farm, we've expanded our offering through a passionate network of dedicated, local beekeeper friends we've cultivated over the last decade.
 
This unique, regional blend comes from apiaries strategically located across Washoe, Lyon, Churchill, and Pershing Counties, predominantly sourced from fields irrigated by the Truckee, Carson, Walker, and Humboldt watersheds.

The bees predominantly forage on the blooming Alfalfa fields nestled along the river edges, giving most of our honey a delightfully light, sweet, and floral flavor characteristic of the high desert.
 
However, depending on the season and location, you may receive honey that is beautifully darker and richer. For example, the honey from the Walker River Basin consistently provides a more robust, deep caramel flavor—a complex, stronger profile often considered the best honey for making mead.
