Oct 8
1 min read

A savory, warming side dish glazed with our Fire Cider Honey Shrub. Works beautifully in the oven or on a Blackstone griddle.

Vegetables

Choose any or all of the following:

  • Carrots (red, golden, or orange)

  • Beets (red and golden)

  • Turnips, parsnips

  • Potatoes, sweet potatoes

  • Mushrooms

  • Squash, zucchini

  • Red onion, green onions

  • Whole garlic cloves (use sparingly)

  • Jalapeno (if you like the heat)

What Else You Need

  • Equal parts olive oil and Fire Cider Honey Shrub

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Oven Instructions

Clean and prep your vegetables. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Toss with equal parts olive oil and Fire Cider Honey Shrub. Use just enough to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Roast at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes. Toss every 8 to 10 minutes.

Blackstone Note

Use medium-low heat and a lid to cook faster. Do not add the shrub until the vegetables are almost done.
